About The Position
This is a full-time, hourly position at Hudson Trucking in Hudson, NY. The role involves washing trailers inside and out, washing tractor exteriors, and performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties. Additionally, the position requires operating tractors and trailers within the lot and potentially driving them to destinations. The job demands physical activity including lifting, bending, ascending and descending stairs and ladders, pushing, and pulling. Manual brushing of trailer exteriors and washing of tractor exteriors are key tasks. Emptying trash barrels is also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements
- Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
- Able to meet physical requirements of position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed.
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

- Past experience working in an industrial setting preferred.
