About The Position

Join the Finning Canada family, part of the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer. We are currenting recruiting a Washbay Attendant to join our team in Regina. This position is responsible for washing all equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Grade 12)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods of time, bending, crouching and kneeling
• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colours
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Committed to a safe work environment
• Minimum three months of operating experience of rough terrain forklift, counterbalance forklift, compact construction equipment, large construction equipment
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision and contribute positively to safe work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with Caterpillar equipment or a service-oriented shop would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of washing and cleaning duties including washing, cleaning, testing and rolling all hoses and cables
• Move equipment into and out of the shop
• General clean up of shop, yard and machines
