The Utility Setup Coordinator ensures seamless transitions for clients’ residential properties by serving as the primary liaison with utility providers. The coordinator manages utility account start and stop dates, resolves property issues, and confirms services are activated so homes are ready for repairs or new tenants. The role is hybrid, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time. Pay is $15.30 per hour plus performance-based tiers. The position involves extensive outbound communication with utility providers—approximately 90% of the workday—to research requests and address account or property issues. Coordinators manage multiple requests across software systems, communicate professionally with brokers and clients, and document updates in Conservice software.
