About The Position

The Utility Person works part-time in the Subaru Sales Department, maintaining vehicles and ensuring they are clean and ready for customer delivery. The role involves vehicle washing and polishing, inspecting vehicle appearance, organizing vehicles and keys, shuttling vehicles, assisting with vehicle pick-up, and running errands. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities to advance into other positions across the company.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmissions for a variety of vehicle sizes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Wash and polish vehicles for customer delivery.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure a professional appearance.
• Organize vehicles on the lot and in the showroom according to dealership standards.
• Shuttle vehicles on the lot and assist with vehicle pick-up from the Vehicle Processing Center and other dealerships as needed.
• Organize the key board to ensure all vehicle keys are accounted for.
• Run errands as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
