About The Position

Ardent Mills is hiring a full-time Utility Operator at its production facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role maintains and operates various utility systems and equipment and performs sanitation duties to meet food safety requirements essential to production. It supports the smooth and efficient operation of the plant and food safety compliance. Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including potential heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, while using required personal protective equipment, including a dust mask.
Ability to work in elevated areas four feet and above.
Must be clean shaven for tasks requiring respiratory protection so a respirator, including an N-95 dust mask, can seal properly.
