About The Position

The Utility Operator II supports the Assembly Department, assists the supervisor with training associates, and fills in on the production line when associates are absent or take unscheduled breaks. The role is based in Springfield, Tennessee, and is listed as a first-shift position.

Requirements

• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform all jobs on the production line.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to communicate concisely in English, both verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support throughout the Assembly Department.
• Assist the supervisor in training associates.
• Fill in on the production line because of absenteeism or unscheduled breaks.
