Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of industrial, yardman, or manufacturing experience.
• Equipment operation experience, such as operating forklifts or loaders.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant grounds, stockpiles, and operational areas in a neat and orderly condition.
• Perform housekeeping and cleanup of plant equipment, loading areas, and washdown areas.
• Communicate consistently with plant management to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Operate a front-end loader as needed.
