About The Position
At OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels, the Utility Attendant exemplifies aloha while assisting guests in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role supports day-to-day vacation rental operations by ensuring guest units are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy. Duties include unit inspections, light maintenance, housekeeping support, and general property upkeep to provide guests with a high-quality vacation experience. The position requires a strong service-oriented attitude, the ability to work well with others, and the ability to communicate in English. Flexible days and shifts are required.

Responsibilities
- Assist guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures while exemplifying aloha.
- Support day-to-day vacation rental operations.
- Ensure guest units are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy.
- Perform unit inspections.
- Perform light maintenance.
- Provide housekeeping support.
- Perform general property upkeep.
