About The Position

At OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels, the Utility Attendant supports the day-to-day operations of the vacation rental company by helping ensure guest units are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy. The role performs unit inspections, light maintenance, housekeeping support, and general property upkeep to provide guests with a high-quality vacation experience.

The position exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Candidates must be service-oriented, work well with others, communicate in English, and be able to work flexible days and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures while exemplifying the image of “Aloha.”
• Perform unit inspections to help ensure guest units are ready for occupancy.
• Provide light maintenance and housekeeping support.
• Perform general property upkeep.
• Support day-to-day operations and help provide guests with a high-quality vacation experience.
