Utilities Technician

About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Utilities Technician to help keep facilities clean and well-maintained. The role includes cleaning vehicle inspection pits, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other facility areas; power washing; and tasks such as dusting and inventory management. The successful candidate has strong attention to detail and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle inspection pits.
- Power wash facility areas.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors.
- Dust and clean glass.
- Clean and stock bathrooms.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to appropriate team members.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform inventory management.
