This recruitment will be used to fill one vacancy at either the Utilities Systems Analyst I or Utilities Systems Analyst II level. The Utilities Systems Analyst I provides technical support for the Utilities Department Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, including programming, modifying, and testing graphic interfaces and creating reports. The Utilities Systems Analyst II is responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of industrial control systems, monitoring, managing, and securing the network and systems that control critical industrial operations, requiring expertise in both IT and OT security practices. Both roles involve SCADA system programming, PLC programming, HMI graphics development, system troubleshooting, and report generation. The II classification also includes on-call support during non-business hours.
