About The Position

RVP Consultants is seeking qualified international teachers for the USTeach Plus program, a structured cultural exchange program designed to help educators teach in the United States for up to 5 years. This program offers a career advancement opportunity for educators serious about gaining international experience. Participants invest in the program, which covers preparation, guidance, and processes for transitioning into a U.S. teaching role, leading to a higher success rate and long-term impact. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience
• Currently teaching at primary or secondary level
• Valid teaching license (if applicable)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to pass background check
• Commitment to cultural exchange and returning home after program completion
