This role directly impacts revenue growth by expanding how customers can purchase and engage with the company. By building strong financial partnerships and enabling internal teams, the Finance Program Manager helps unlock new opportunities, improve customer accessibility, and strengthen the company’s market position. You will develop, manage, and grow financial solutions that enable customers to purchase products and services. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams, external financial partners, vendors, and customers to design and implement financing programs that drive revenue, improve customer experience, and create competitive advantage. This position also owns the technology, processes, and rules and regulations related to Direct Pay, ensuring the program is operationally sound, compliant, and easy for internal teams and customers to use. This role reports to the Director of Business Development.
