As an Order Management Specialist, you ensure orders are accurate, on time, and executed without friction. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue flow. You are more than order support, you are a key connector across sales, logistics, and customers, helping keep projects moving and relationships strong.

Requirements

  • Experience in order management, operations, or supply chain
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Familiarity with supply chain or warehouse processes
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating across teams

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and speed
  • Communicate order updates, changes, and issues to internal teams and customers
  • Resolve fulfillment issues, delays, and discrepancies
  • Partner with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement teams
  • Manage customer cases including returns, damages, and shipping issues
  • Monitor order tracking and proactively address delivery challenges
  • Support logistics coordination and optimize shipping solutions
  • Maintain accurate data across systems and ensure process compliance
