About The Position

The Collier Companies is seeking a Traveling Property Manager to join their team. This is an on-site role, reporting out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville. The Traveling Property Manager will be an experienced leader, with the ability to travel, direct, motivate, and inspire a large team. This role is for someone seeking a career in a fast-paced environment that rewards success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250+ front door count community.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
  • Strong understanding of financial plans with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively.
  • Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
  • Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies.
  • Eye for asset management.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences.
  • Commitment to TCC Culture, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team.
  • Strong understanding of the service aspect of a community.
  • Experience with "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" principles.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple locations as needed with 50% travel.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a large leasing team.

  • Manage floor plans and push rates with confidence.
