About The Position

Texas NeuroRehab Center is hiring a Clinical Liaison to support community relations throughout the Southeastern US Region. The ideal candidate would be based out of GA, TN, SC, NC, AL or FL. Texas NeuroRehab Center is a specialized treatment facility located ten minutes from downtown Austin on 67 wooded acres. We have served the Austin community for over 80-years and are proud of our history and tenured leadership team. Today, Texas NeuroRehab Center provides complex medical and brain injury rehab for ages 13 years and older and neurobehavioral residential treatment services for children and adolescents. The capabilities of the facility as a whole allow for integrated and specialized care for children, adolescents and adults facing difficult challenges. The Clinical Liaison will establish strong community relations in the Eastern United States region - to include State Medicaid, and local health and human services municipalities; works with internal interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth transitions for community re-integration, post treatment; shows proficiency in articulating facility services to potential referral sources, to include State agencies, local hospitals - both behavioral and medical, and local practitioners; is willing and able to perform onsite patient evaluations when needed and assist in gathering clinical information, both written and observed for clinical determinations.

Requirements

  • Three years' experience in referral development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or health related field or five year's experience in health care with proven track record in marketing development.
  • Minimum experience of three years in medical or psychiatric facility.
  • Strong marketing leadership and performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities
