About The Position

AEXP Express Corporation is seeking a mail delivery driver/mail carrier for a United States Postal Service mail route in Springview, Nebraska. The route starts on 11/14/2026. This is a full-time 1099 contractor position, scheduled six days per week, Monday through Saturday, except federal holidays. The estimated schedule is 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for up to approximately eight hours per day. The route covers 65 delivery miles, with approximately 130 miles of driving per day. The contractor must provide a qualifying vehicle and minimum liability insurance. Compensation is $250 per day, paid monthly.

Requirements

• Have legal documentation to work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to lift 70 pounds.
• Be able to work and safely drive in all types of weather conditions.
• Reside in Springview, Nebraska, or a neighboring town or city.
• Provide a qualifying minivan or cargo van with at least 120 cubic feet of cargo capacity that is less than five years old.
• Maintain minimum liability insurance.
• Provide your own vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Former USPS employees or contractors are highly recommended.
• A minivan or cargo van with at least 120 cubic feet of cargo space and no center console is recommended for passenger-side mailbox delivery; completing the route may be difficult without these features, but is still possible.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Sort mail and packages in delivery sequence for active mailboxes.
• Load mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle.
• Deliver mail and packages to customer boxes along an assigned line of travel.
• Dismount when required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
• Perform other required administrative duties.
