About The Position

Requirements

  • Enjoys talking with users and can understand the needs behind their requests.
  • Ability to explain complex technical ideas simply and clearly.
  • Ability to build genuine relationships and communities.
  • Ability to turn recurring problems into better documentation, tooling, product experiences, or processes.

  • Build and grow the user community online and in person, encouraging learning, sharing, contribution, and ongoing participation.
  • Create a close feedback loop between users and product and engineering teams.
  • Identify patterns, unexpected use cases, sources of friction, and ideas that should influence product development.
  • Find and share stories about what users are building with Imbue.
  • Build systems and processes to support a larger community as the company grows.

Benefits
