The ideal candidate communicates effectively, is knowledgeable about and eager to apply AI capabilities, and is comfortable collaborating in a fast-moving, data-driven organization with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with AI-powered design and interest in using it to improve the speed and quality of design outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate complex design rationale clearly and in outcome-oriented terms to non-design stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies in fast-moving, iterative environments.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving approach, and experience designing software product experiences.

  • Design, run, and iterate on growth experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests, to optimize user flows and business outcomes.
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and delivery across the design process.
  • Communicate design rationale to cross-functional partners and build shared understanding across disciplines.
  • Apply and contribute to the design system, maintaining UI consistency and evolving its components and patterns.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
