We’re hiring a User Acquisition Manager to lead performance marketing and growth for a consumer health platform. This role sits at the intersection of analytical rigor and creative experimentation. You’ll own the performance marketing strategy and manage a meaningful paid acquisition budget across established and emerging channels. You’ll be responsible for building the growth operating model, scaling paid acquisition programs, and continuously testing creative and channel strategies that drive efficient user growth. This role works closely with product, finance, and lifecycle marketing teams to ensure acquisition strategies align with product experience, retention, and overall unit economics.
