About The Position

The Growth Ads team at Bumble is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to support their growth marketing efforts across various media channels. This role will assist in promoting Bumble and Badoo to achieve high-quality registrations at scale. The User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for launching digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven media buying experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing the competitive landscape to enhance user acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing / user acquisition using channels such as Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Snapchat & TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable with numbers and passionate about processing and analyzing data.
  • Experience leveraging acquisition channels to drive revenue and/or user acquisition growth.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and awareness of privacy/attribution challenges in the industry.
  • Comfortable working to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Direct experience with analytics and attribution solutions.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Deep passion for Bumble’s brand vision and values.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL is a plus.
  • Experience working in a distributed team across different geographies.
  • Exposure to data visualization/BI tools.
  • Curiosity and experimental mindset regarding AI and its potential to amplify impact and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, buying, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels (Tiktok, Meta, Google Ads, etc).
  • Analyzing campaign effectiveness across multiple channels and geographies, optimizing campaign and creative performance to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborating with the Growth Creative team to introduce new ad creatives, strategize creative approaches, and develop innovative creative ideas to attract new users.
  • Launching and guiding user acquisition in new and exploratory markets and channels using competitive and market intelligence.
  • Producing reports and presentations, including daily pacing and tracking against plan, with insightful commentary and recommendations.
  • Proactively contributing to team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
