About The Position

Cavalier is seeking experienced technicians to join its team in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled, and professional work environment. The technician performs vehicle inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair work according to repair orders and dealership procedures, and communicates additional service needs to the Service Advisor.

Requirements

Strong automotive background.
Strong teamwork skills.
Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
Clean and valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership procedures.
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional service needs so customers can be informed.
Provide estimates of the time needed for additional repairs.
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Perform other responsibilities that may be assigned during continued employment.
