About The Position

Requirements
- Be a motivated and proficient diagnostician with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Have prior experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles from multiple brands.
- Maintain Kia training certification as directed.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work area.
- Have a good driving record.
- Be 18 years of age or older.

- Emissions certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, detailed estimates for used-car reconditioning.
- Document all work performed clearly and accurately.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to evaluate components and systems.
- Communicate with Service Advisors to support efficient workflow and keep Used Car Managers informed about needed service or repairs.
- Estimate the time needed for additional repairs.
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
