About The Position
The Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring high-quality used vehicles through various channels, including private sellers, trade-ins, and the dealership's customer network. This role involves evaluating vehicle condition, history, and market value to make informed purchasing decisions, managing inventory levels based on sales trends and market demand, and collaborating with sales and service teams to ensure inventory aligns with customer needs. The specialist will also maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with dealership standards. Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or service related role preferred.
- 'Earn customers for life' mentality.
- Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends and values.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Source and acquire high-quality used vehicles through private sellers, trade-ins, and our own network of customers.
- Evaluate vehicle condition, history, and market value to make smart purchasing decisions.
- Work with customers on the service drive and offer vehicle appraisal.
- Maintain proper inventory levels based on sales trends and market demand.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to align inventory with customer needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership standards.
