About The Position

Koons Automotive Group, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor at Koons Toyota Arlington to help provide an exceptional, guest-focused car-buying experience. The role responds to customers inquiring about advertised vehicles online by phone and email, and assists customers who visit the dealership from the initial buying process through the final sale. The position calls for motivated, people-focused team members who can build customer relationships and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Demonstrate motivation to succeed and strong customer service skills.
• Be able to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Have strong computer and phone skills.
• Have experience using and maintaining a customer relationship management database.
• Be self-motivated and a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive sales or retail experience.
• Customer service, call center, or business development experience.
• Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process.
• Build rapport with customers and develop a referral network.
• Respond to internet leads within the store's required timeframe and email product information with pricing.
• Answer sales calls and set customer appointments.
• Confirm appointments.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, after sales, and for repeat business.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds with customers.
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Maintain a professional business attire and appearance.
