Requirements
- Proven success in automotive sales with previous management or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of used vehicle operations, including inventory management, pricing strategy, appraisals, and reconditioning
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Experience using dealership management systems and CRM software
- High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the used vehicle department, ensuring an efficient, customer-focused sales process
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, gross profit, and departmental performance goals
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage inventory acquisition, merchandising, pricing, appraisals, and reconditioning to maximize profitability and market competitiveness
- Partner with finance, service, and other dealership departments to create a seamless customer experience
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and compliance requirements to drive informed business decisions
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
