About The Position

Wolfchase Hyundai is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our used vehicle sales team in Memphis, TN. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our pre-owned vehicle department by managing inventory, sales strategies, and customer relationships to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in used car sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of used car market trends and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies accordingly.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the used car sales department.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Oversee inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising.
• Train, motivate, and lead the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor market trends and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and relevant regulations.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to drive repeat business.
