About The Position
Gresham Subaru is growing fast, and we’re excited to add a Used Car Sales Manager to our leadership team. The Used Car Sales Manager leads from the front, drives performance, coaches and develops talent, and ensures every customer receives an outstanding Subaru experience. The ideal candidate brings proven automotive sales management experience, a passion for people, and a consistent record of strong results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive sales management experience required
- Experience with using DriveCentric and CDK
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Subaru and used car experience is a plus
- college degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to exceed goals in volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee daily sales operations, including customer interactions, deal structuring, desking, and finance approvals
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout every step of the sales process
- Track, analyze, and act on sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, and manufacturer incentive programs
- Stay current on industry trends and uphold Subaru brand standards
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
