About The Position
We’re hiring Used Car Sales Representatives/Consultants to join a high‑performing Subaru sales team in Gresham. With paid training for your first three months, this is a great opportunity for motivated individuals ready to grow their confidence, skills, and income in automotive sales. In this role, you’ll focus on selling used vehicles, sourcing and following up on leads, and closing deals in a fast‑paced environment. Prior sales experience is a plus, but what matters most is a strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and desire to be part of a winning team. Requirements
- 1-3 years prior automotive sales experience
- 3 years prior sales experience
- Driver’s License
- Strong work history
- Reliability and work ethic
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- have a valid driver's license
- a clean driving record
- be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment
