About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team at one of the largest used car dealerships in the area, selling over 150 used cars a month. This role is ideal for an experienced sales manager who wants to make an immediate impact and work with a motivated, collaborative team. We seek individuals ready to advance their careers by leading our customer-service-driven dealership.

Requirements

V-Auto and Used Car experience is a must
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Prior sales management and dealership experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of inventory control
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment in a team setting
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Automotive experience required

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning
Inventory Management and Marketing
Provide focus and leadership for the sales team
Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process
Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
