About The Position

AutoNation is hiring a Used Car Sales Associate for AutoNation USA Plano. The role interacts with customers online, by phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. Associates respond promptly to leads, answer questions, provide information, and help customers move from initial phone or internet contact to an in-store experience.

The associate helps customers select a vehicle, discusses terms and payment options suited to their lifestyle, budget, and expectations, and closes sales. The role also includes providing support after the purchase, following up to check customer satisfaction, and connecting customers with the Service department to support their vehicle ownership experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Willingness and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
