About The Position

Bob Boyte Honda Moss Point is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales management, a passion for delivering outstanding service, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or in a similar sales management role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of used car market dynamics and automotive sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the used car inventory to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Lead and train the used car sales team to achieve individual and department goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase pre-owned vehicle turnover and market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with marketing and finance departments to optimize pricing, promotions, and financing options.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and legal regulations regarding vehicle sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive in the used car market.
