About The Position

Farris Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram is seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to lead and grow their pre-owned vehicle operation. This family-owned dealership, established in 1929, offers a unique environment where decisions are made quickly, ownership is accessible, and employee ideas are heard and valued. The dealership provides significant resources, including over 1,000 customer leads per month, strong showroom traffic, consistent used vehicle demand, excellent repeat and referral business, and a well-established reputation. The ideal candidate is not just looking to maintain the status quo but wants to build something exceptional, driving the success of the pre-owned department through strategic inventory management, team development, and deal structuring.
