About The Position

We are seeking a results-oriented Used Car Manager who is a strong closer and can ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves managing all sales activities for the Used Car Sales division, supervising sales consultants to meet goals, and partnering with the Financial Services department. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, leadership abilities, and strong customer service skills, with the ability to market used automobiles on the internet.

Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Successful background in a financial / budgeting role
Solid supervisory skills
Superior communication and customer service skills
Must have and be able to market used automobiles on the internet
Must have a valid drivers license

Responsibilities

Create and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales division
Work with and supervise Used Car Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
Assist Used Car Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed
