About The Position

Sands Chevrolet in Surprise, Arizona is looking for an experienced Used Car Technician to join our busy reconditioning team. Requirements

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders and priorities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Own tools required

Nice To Haves

• Used car, recon, or dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on used vehicles
• Complete used vehicle reconditioning efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and safety-related concerns
• Perform brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and general mechanical repairs
• Identify additional repair needs during inspections
• Complete work according to dealership quality and safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs performed
• Work closely with service advisors, used car management, and other technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
