Requirements
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
- Dependable work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- All applicants must successfully complete pre-employment screening and possess a valid driver's license.

- Experience in a high-volume service environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain required parts
- Accurately document repairs and inspections on repair orders
- Participate in Toyota-sponsored training programs
- Stay current on Toyota technical bulletins and repair procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Properly maintain dealership tools and equipment
- Follow OSHA and dealership safety standards
