About The Position

Lockton is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive market engagement across its U.S. Property & Casualty operations. The role focuses on building high-impact relationships with insurers and wholesalers, advancing internal and external priorities, and maximizing growth opportunities. The leader collaborates with internal stakeholders on market strategies, supports strategic product and industry opportunities, helps develop proprietary products and offerings, and promotes a positive, inclusive, high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Demonstrated executive-level relationship-management skills.
• Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and strategic-planning abilities.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain executive-level relationships with carriers and wholesalers; lead engagement calls and stewardship meetings; identify opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to identify needs and develop tailored market strategies; communicate carrier priorities; manage sponsorships and panel participation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify revenue-growth opportunities through aligned objectives, improved consistency, and clearly defined expectations; contribute to the development and advancement of proprietary products and offerings.
• Support product line and industry leaders in pursuing strategic opportunities.
• Ensure market-contract documentation and compliance; monitor carrier financial health; track market trends and their potential impact.
• Support product development and drive efficiencies through standardized processes.
• Strengthen claims escalation protocols and partner with Legal to mitigate systemic risks.
• Promote Lockton’s values and champion a positive, inclusive, high-performance work environment across internal and external partnerships.
