About The Position

The Maples Group is seeking an accomplished US Entity Compliance Specialist to join their Delaware Entity Services team in Montreal. This role involves interacting with global team members and clients to ensure entity management tasks are performed according to service agreements and protocols, maintaining accurate client data. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring entities remain in good standing by accurately and timely filing annual reports, running reports, and using tools to monitor entity status. Additionally, the role requires actively learning, listening, and engaging with team members to enhance protocols and workflows by identifying opportunities for process streamlining.
