About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner focuses on providing general care to adult patients with patience, care, compassion, and understanding. The role performs tasks within the Nurse Practitioner’s scope of practice, which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians, promoting public awareness of the importance of health, and prescribing medications.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with specialization as an APRN.
- Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- BLS certification upon hire and maintained current.
- Previous experience with an electronic health record.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine clinic.
