About The Position
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Urologist to join an established, high-performing practice at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital. The practice focuses on comprehensive adult urologic medical and oncologic care, including conditions affecting the prostate, kidneys, and urinary tract, as well as incontinence, stone disease, and erectile dysfunction. The role combines inpatient consultations, outpatient clinic work, and surgical cases, with dedicated operating-room time and access to state-of-the-art facilities. The physician will work with a multidisciplinary team that includes radiologists, pathologists, oncologists, and radiation oncologists. The position offers flexible scheduling and a community-focused clinical setting. The stated compensation estimate is $450,000–$550,000 annually; the final offer depends on factors such as skills, applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with eligibility and payout terms discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive adult urologic medical and oncologic care, including diagnosis and treatment of prostate conditions, kidney diseases, urinary tract infections, incontinence, stone disease, and erectile dysfunction.
- Perform procedures including urinary endoscopy, minimally invasive surgeries, kidney stone removal, prostate interventions, and bladder repairs.
- Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care, and perform surgical cases with dedicated operating-room time.
- Collaborate with radiologists, pathologists, oncologists, and radiation oncologists to support patient-centered outcomes and clinical excellence.
