About The Position

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join their growing practice in The Woodlands, TX. This opportunity is an excellent fit for both early-career physicians and experienced clinicians seeking a rewarding opportunity. The role involves treating a broad range of urological conditions, with a particular emphasis on conditions affecting female patients. The ideal candidate would have completed a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship. In-clinic procedures include cystoscopy, bladder Botox injections, and ultrasound guided biopsy (transperineal and transrectal), as well as additional minor procedures. There is also the ability to incorporate urodynamics in the future. The position includes operating room, admitting and consulting privileges at St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital, which has 6 operating rooms, 4 of which are equipped with the da Vinci Xi robotic platform. The Woodlands is described as one of the most desirable communities in Texas, known for its beautiful forested landscape, top-rated public schools, and vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment districts.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active unrestricted license in TX or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
