About The Position

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our growing practice in Lake Jackson, TX. This physician will join our well-established Urology service line and practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and the broader community.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active and unrestricted TX license and DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Manage a 1:4 call schedule at two hospitals.
• Utilize state-of-the-art office with in-suite cystoscopy and in-office urodynamics.
• Perform in-hospital cystoscopy with dedicated staff.
• Work within an in-house referral system and leverage a large primary care referral base.
• Utilize Epic EMR.
