About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Physician specializing in Urology in Worcester, MA. The role involves providing inpatient urological care and consultation, managing patient rounding and clinical assessments, and participating in in-house call coverage. The coverage period is from July 1 to December 31, 2026, with an on-call shift schedule of 7a to 7a. The position requires collaboration with nursing staff, PAs, and technicians, and maintaining accurate documentation within the Cerner EMR system. Temporary privileges are available.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Urology
- Licensed in MA
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient urological care and consultation.
- Manage patient rounding and clinical assessments.
- Participate in in-house call coverage as scheduled.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, PAs, and technicians to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Cerner EMR system.
