Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Licensure to practice medicine in the relevant state(s).
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Urology for the Section Head position.
• Fellowship training in Men's Health for the Men's Health Urologist position.
• Commitment to patient-centric care.
• Willingness to work within an integrated healthcare system.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-specialty teams.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn the EPIC medical record platform.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a physician-led organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Section Head, Pediatric Urology at Ochsner Medical Center – New Orleans.
• Work as a General Urologist at various Ochsner Health locations including Ochsner Medical Center-Kenner, Ochsner Health Center-Covington, Ochsner Specialty Health Center Two-Slidell, Ochsner Baptist - A Campus of Ochsner Medical Center, St. Bernard Parish Hospital, and Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport-Academic Medical Center.
• Provide care as a Fellowship-trained Men’s Health Urologist at Ochsner Baptist - A Campus of Ochsner Medical Center.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty teams within an integrated health care delivery model.
• Participate in teaching, research, physician leadership, and community service as part of professional development opportunities.
• Utilize the EPIC medical record platform for patient management.
