About The Position
We are seeking a Urologist for a Locum Tenens position in Richland, WA. This inpatient role involves clinical duties and call coverage on a 7 on/7 off rotation, with shifts from 7 am to 7 pm. The coverage period is from November 1, 2026, ongoing. The position requires the ability to perform a wide range of urology procedures and manage a diverse adult patient population, including complex oncologic cases. Collaboration with facility staff and support teams is essential for ensuring continuity of care, with a potential for transition to a permanent position.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
- WA State License or IMLC
- DEA Required
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- EMR proficiency (Epic)
- Ability to perform a wide range of urology procedures

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient urology coverage during scheduled 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm) on a 7 on/7 off rotation
- Take overnight beeper call as part of the rotation, managing urology consults and emergencies
- Perform a wide range of urology procedures including ureteroscopy with laser, shockwave lithotripsy, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, and endourologic interventions
- Manage a diverse adult patient population, addressing both General Urology and complex oncologic cases
- Collaborate with facility staff and support team to ensure continuity of care, with potential for transition to permanent position
