Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
Active New York state medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive urologic care, including the diagnosis and treatment of urologic conditions, with both surgical and non-surgical approaches.
Perform a broad range of general urologic procedures and surgeries based on patient and departmental needs.
Supervise and contribute to the development of didactics and case discussions for resident and medical student training.
Instruct and mentor residents and medical students, offering both hands-on training and theoretical education in Urology.
Participate in the planning and execution of urologic procedures.
Ensure the efficient functioning of the outpatient suite, including participation in clinical procedures and patient care.
Coordinate with PAs and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
Support the continuous improvement of the Department's teaching programs and integrate new technologies and techniques.
