About The Position
We are seeking a Urologist for a Locum Tenens position in Olympia, WA. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient services, providing clinical care and call coverage. The schedule includes clinic appointments three days a week and operating room time for two days a week. The physician will also be responsible for 24-hour call coverage, with APP support, managing patient volumes, admissions, and phone consults. The facility is a Level IV trauma center utilizing the Epic EMR system, with a support staff of RNs, MAs, and PAs.

Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour call coverage for Urology department (7a-7a) as the only Urologist on call, with APP support.
- Conduct clinic appointments 3 days per week, including in-office procedures such as cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsy, UDS testing.
- Perform scheduled OR time averaging 2 days per week for surgical cases including laparoscopic, robotic, and open surgeries.
- Manage patient volumes up to 16 per day, including admissions and phone consults.
- Collaborate with PA-Cs, RNs, and MA staff to provide comprehensive urology care.
