TRIO Upward Bound is a federally funded, year-round college access program that prepares students for success in higher education through tutoring, mentoring, and enrichment opportunities. The Brandeis University TRIO Upward Bound Program is seeking dedicated and experienced Residential Mentors to support a one-week summer residential program for low-income, first-generation, college-bound high school students from Waltham High School. This immersive, on-campus experience is part of a six-week summer program designed to provide students with academic enrichment, college readiness skills, and exposure to campus life. During the residential week, students will live in the dorms and participate in structured academic, social, and leadership programming. Position Overview Residential Mentors will live on campus and play a key role in supervising and supporting students throughout the residential week. Staff will help ensure a safe, engaging, and structured environment while supporting both academic and social programming.
