About The Position
Shipley seeks a Robotic Coach to lead its First Tech Challenge (FTC) team during the 2026-27 school year. This team will meet after school from 3:30 to 5:00 each weekday from September to March, with less frequent meetings in the Spring. This is a stipend, exempt position.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in robotics
- Experience working with upper school students
- Ability to foster creativity and problem-solving skills in students
Nice To Haves
- Experience with FTC is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Coach the Upper School robotics team as they compete in FTC competitions.
