About The Position

We are seeking an Unlicensed Clinical Dental Assistant to join the team at a mobile dental headquarters in New Brighton, Minnesota. This role supports the delivery of high-quality dental care in a smaller, community-based setting. It is suitable for candidates with dental assisting experience as well as those looking to begin a career in dental assisting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of the Minnesota Dental Radiology Certificate course.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

• Dental office experience.
• Spanish speaking, preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and prepare patients for clinical procedures.
• Complete intraoral radiographs.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during treatments as needed.
• Set up and clean operatories, including proper disinfection and waste management.
• Clean, package, and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.
• Assist with documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
